Praise Team (vocals/instrumentalists)
The praise team leads the musical portion of our worship each Sunday morning. There are a
number of teams that serve on a rotating schedule, and each team includes both instrumental
and vocal musicians. An audition process is required to serve on this team.

Lights Team
Lighting is a critical component of each service. The lighting team uses a rotating system of
involvement and, depending on the event, may be required to attend rehearsals and do some
set-up work. Some experience is helpful, but not mandatory.

Multi-Media Team
The use of visual imaging is a centerpiece of most presentations since we live in a very visual
society today. The media team works each week on putting outlines, visuals, and video together
for presentation.

Sound Team
Our Sound Team coordinates the set-up and utilization of microphones, monitors, and sound boards
for all worship gatherings and special events. Each participant will have at least one Sunday per
month for which he/she is responsible, which includes early rehearsals, pre-service consultations,
and taking down equipment following events. Participants should have some aptitude for running
pro-audio equipment, listening for musical and sound distinctions, and the ability to work with a
variety of people.

Worship Planning Team
Our Worship Planning Team meets monthly to plan and prepare for upcoming worship gatherings.
Each member, including the teaching pastor for upcoming messages, contributes to the final
product with their varying abilities and expertise. We encourage creative thinking and use our
life expereriences to help craft worship elements that bring us into the presence of God.

Sunday Morning Service Directors
A subset of the worship planning team is our Sunday morning service directors. Each week a
director is assigned to oversee all the logistical details of the Sunday morning service. The
director will be the laison of communication for the teaching pastor, worship leader, and tech
leaders throughout the morning. This serving role requires organizational, communicative and
problem solving skills to assist the team during the pace of the morning's activities.

Staging/Design Team
This team serves in creating the overall look and decor for our stage, Worship Center and
Welcome Center ares. Additional projects are initiated throughout the year for special events,
message sereis visuals, and to support the visual appeal to our Christmas and Easter programming.
