If you are unable to serve on the Sunday you are scheduled, please call another team member
and trade Sundays or contact Bobbi Hatcher or Chet Fall.

Responsibilities
The greeters on the Welcome Team are key in offering the "first impression" to those who attend
Grace as they assist people in entering the building. Greeters also work with ushers in directing
people to specific locations on the campus and offering general guest assisstance as needed.
The Welcome Team also includes servers who assist with the Sunday morning coffee time
in the gym between services.
