As a Small Group Leader, you will be a part of a small team assigned to either 6th, 7th, or 8th girls or boys. You will connect with those in your group from the time they enter Grace Matrix. You will hang with them in large group settings, and you will lead the teaching time when you meet separately. You will also guide your students as they respond to the teaching they receive.
