It's far too easy for us as Christians living when and
where we do to forget how Jesus said his followers
would actually live and what their new lifestyle would
actually look like. Jesus said they would leave behind
security, money, and convenience to follow him.
They would abandon everything for the gospel. The
teaching of Jesus demands that we interrupt our busy
lives to live with radical resolve to become what God
